Relocation of operating business activities within the Netceed Group at November 30, 2024

Dear partners,
For several years now, ANEDiS Management GmbH has been creating valuable synergies by joining first the BTV Multimedia Group and then the Netceed corporate group, enabling us to successfully support you as an efficient partner. We have grown even closer together with our sister companies, particularly since we started operating under the joint Netceed brand.
We would therefore like to inform you today about an important step:
From November 30, 2024, ANEDiS Management GmbH will transfer its operating business activities to sister companies within the Netceed Group.
What does that mean for you?
We will of course continue to process existing orders as ANEDiS Management GmbH until November 30, 2024. Our teams within Netceed will ensure that all new orders are processed just as smoothly.
Accordingly, no more deliveries will be made from the Berlin site from 01.12.2024. We will transfer all goods to our highly efficient central warehouse in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, so that we can serve you even more efficiently in future. The Netceed Group will of course continue to deliver potentially open partial deliveries of existing orders after this date, but in this case we will contact you for separate coordination.
We will also contact you to coordinate existing framework agreements with ANEDiS Management GmbH as a contractual partner for individual coordination, so that you can be sure that all processes will continue without interruption.
